Sligo born singer Patrick Feeney has announced details of his Isle of Inisfree weekend that is taking place at the Sligo Park Hotel from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st March inclusive.
The Gurteen native confirmed that fans and friends from all over the world will converge on Sligo for three days of non-stop entertainment including music, laughter and non-stop dancing.
The Isle of Inisfree weekend was the brainchild of Patrick and his management. The concept involves bringing some of the country`s top acts to Sligo to perform for both the residents and the general public, while at the same time visitors will be treated to daily tours of the area including some of Sligo`s top tourist attractions.
Over 300 people will be in Sligo for the event and many more will attend the nightly shows in the hotel ballroom.
The weekend will kick off with a double bill of dancing with Patrick and his fantastic band with support from Kieran Mc Gilligan.
On Saturday afternoon the great Larry Cunningham will provide the entertainment with a live dance from 3 â?“ 5pm
On Saturday night it`s another double bill with Robert Mizzell and Patrick Feeney with comedian Frank Forde also making an appearance.
The weekend comes to an end on Sunday afternoon when the boss of country music Mick Flavin will provide dance fans with an unforgettable afternoon of dancing and fun.
