Entries sought for 'Mr. Riverstown'

LITTLE BUDDIES 'Mr. Riverstown' fundraiser competition will now be held in Sligo Folk Park on Saturday March 27th. Local groups and clubs have been asked to put forward a personality to represent their club at this event.
CONGRATULATIONS to Claire and Leo King, Branchfield on the recent birth of their son Leo, a little brother for Hannah. Well done also to Ramona and Damian Kelly, Cherry Tree Park, on the birth of their second child, Leah Rose, a little sister for Rory.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Brian Mc Dermott who recently celebrated his 21st on Friday, March 5th. A great night was had by all at the family pub "Séan Macs".
THANK YOU to the community for supporting the slave auction at Séan Macs on Saturday, March 6th where funds were raised and everyone had a fun night out in aid of the local Karate Club.
NATIONAL SPRING CLEAN: Anyone in the community who wants to get involved in cleaning up any littered areas may contact An Taisce 01 400 2219 to get a free clean up kit. Sligo County Council will also collect any rubbish free of charge that you gather.
