Condolences to Foley family

THE MANAGEMENT committee and staff of Merville Community Centre wish to offer condolences to the family of Mrs. Rose Foley, Treacy Avenue, who passed away recently. Rose was a member of the Centre for many years, and her voluntary commitment led to the development of the centre and its facilities for all in our Community. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam. TICKETS are now available for the Dreamchasers Childcare Parents Committee Monthly Raffle to be held on Friday, March 26th at Merville. Prizes include an Easter hamper, meal voucher, and many more Prizes. All proceeds to the provision of community based childcare, organised in conjunction with the National Development Plan 2007-2013. MERVILLE COMMUNITY Centre Hall is available at Weekends for hire for Kids Birthday Parties, at reasonable rates. Meeting Rooms are also available, Evenings only, catering for groups of all sizes, at Rates to suit any budget. All Proceeds go towards the substantial running costs of operating the centre for all our Community. Contact the Centre on 9150029, anytime, for bookings. THANKS TO all who supported our recent benefit night for a former member of our staff, held in Mooney's Bar. Over €500 was raised, and a special thanks to all who sponsored prizes. Also many thanks to Jim and Louise McGarry and the staff of Mooney's, DJ Catherine Scott for hosting the karaoke, and Martin and Ann Kane for the excellent and tasty buffet on the night.
