We always like to welcome a new series to our screens – after all, it's good to have a change every now and then, isn't it? But it's difficult to get excited about a programme that kicks off by examining such a miserable subject as bankruptcy. Sadly, in the current financial climate, it's something far too many people are having to worry about these days, and although it might not be a chirpy subject for prime time TV, we fear it's a rather necessary one. Here, presenter George Lee explores the idea of changing our bankruptcy laws so that those who've gone through the process can be absolved in one year rather than 12.
